That was fantastic. Great Emily voice, great team voices (although in a story that involves the BAU going to other planets I might have liked to see a bit more of Garcia and Reid) and a compelling, honest ending.

I didn't find the portrayal of SG-1 unfair, either. While I'm generally sympathetic to them on the show, from an outside perspective some of the things they do are . . . problematic.

Thank you! Unfortunately, it's really tricky getting a balance of all the characters when working with casts of this size. I would have liked to have seen more of everyone!

I'm glad it didn't feel like I was being unfair to SG1 - I certainly didn't want to bash them or make them out to be the bad guys! I love both shows and both sets of characters. But as you say, from the outside, some of what they do could seem problematic, and I did want to get at that.

Just discovered this story and boy am I glad I did. The moral quandary here and how the Peletian ideals help shine a light on some of the more problematic aspects of SG1 that are rarely touched on. Very nice.

I'm terribly late in replying, but thank you so much taking the time to comment! I love SG-1, but I think there are definitely aspects that could have used further exploration. I'm really glad you enjoyed this.
