I'm very excited by the possibility of another round! I'm a little worried about the changes to the eligible fandom list, mostly because I don't want to see BSG go and I know no one wrote it last time, but you have to limit it somehow. (I'm going to try to lure more BSG people in this time, I think. If it's still on the list.)

Don't worry about BSG. There were a few fandoms that didn't get written last year because either a) the people who requested them didn't have another fandom in common with the people who offered them or b) the people who offered or requested them happened to get matched on other stuff or c) there were people who had three or four fandoms in common with their recipients and chose to write about other fandoms or d) the fandom had almost no interest. I can't remember which of the first three scenarios applied to BSG, but it definitely wasn't the fourth. :)
