I'm almost half done with those lettering corrections I mentioned Monday. Sadly, I can't keep up ths pace because it's kicking my arse somethin' fierce, and I can't get burned out because I don't have off until next weekend. yeah, but it's that whole time sensitive nature of freelance work and publishing schedules. though i will probably take a break until tomorrow night... though i'd meant to take it easier last night than i did, but i was on a roll. so i just kept digging in. had i been smart, i would have saved a backlog and just sent a couple pages, then some more later today.

but at least i didn't ask when everything was needed by... a kind of plausible deniability.

I hear you about that burnout thing. I've been plugging away at game stuff for about a month now, and while I'd love to do more I have to force myself to take off for a few days here and there. For instance, I made a point of doing little else but play Starcraft last night, and I completely avoided bringing along the laptop to use over lunch today. (and I biked to work for the first time, so there's no time to run home and pick it up, even if I wanted to!) I wonder if I can keep up the pace through Friday...?
