Kurt will show up... in chapter 4. Same chapter, his powers will be revealed. It's not such a huge thing as Dave and everyone else expect.

This chapter is even better than the prologue... I love that you take your time to introduce the circus members, and how you manage to keep Dave in character with his doubts and by giving him a double-edged power. Kurt is still very mysterious...

Can't wait to see how Dave will find his place in this new family.
