so *sob* i didn't make it. i've decided to give up on my singing career. i guess i really just am not that great. I thought that i was good, but obviously after many contests, i have decided that i apparently am not, because if i was, then i would be placing in some of these. i guess thats just life you know. i feel kinda stupid now though,

Huni!!! Don't give up on your dream!!! You know everyone has different tastes and just because these judges didn't pick you doesn't mean that you aren't talented. If this is your dream then keep striving for it. I know that it sucks when you ask people to be honest with you and they aren't, but maybe they were being honest, maybe they really did think that you were "so good" I'm sorry that you haven't placed in any of these contest but that doesn't mean that you aren't good. Think of it this way, many people who are big stars now, Britney Spears, Justin Timberlake, Beyonce..they all LOST on star search...what does that say?? That says that the best doesn't always win. You'll get your chance, someday someone will hear you sing and say, "wow that girl is amazing," and it will happen for you.
