Actually, I would say it's likely that you can install one license on two machines, if we're talking about what's possible and not what's legal. Unless I'm forgetting something, no previous OSX upgrade has ever required a serial number. A Leopard disk, for example, can install on infinite machines. There's no indication that anything has changed. If you're worried about it, you can wait to get it until after it's been out for a day or two so others can confirm this.
