Our team is not very good.

We have a hole at third that needs some desperate plugging.

My shoulder was wrecked last week... I may or may not play this week.

New team chant. "7 full innings, No MERCY!"

The really important thing is that everybody is having fun, right? Right? Even if you lose terribly every time you can hold your heads high because you had a damn good time doing it.

Or maybe the line is that doing your best is what really matters... something like that.
