shouldn't you be saying "when the sun shines, it burns"? i mean, it's not like you're in the pacific northwest. the annual rainfall of southern california would really beg to differ with your statement. in fact, when it rains, it seldom pours and more likely than not will burn off into a slightly cloudy and/or sunny late afternoon.
man, i want to move to california... then again, it's officially become scarf season in the northwest. :)
