i feel the same about the cold.
i better be wearing thick socks on my birthday (the 29th!).

My birthday is shortly after yours and I feel the same way.

When I was younger, I used to wish that November was warm. We had a pool in my yard and I wanted to have swimming parties. I was so so so stupid!

I heard about Isaac! I hope everything is Ok. Is that REALLY serious? I hope it isn't too bad. I will pray for his family.

He had a blood clot in his arm in '03 and he had another one in his lung on Tuesday. He's lucky they caught it in time, because pumlonary embolisms kill lots of people. He's okay now, but terrible timing! They're in the middle of a tour, and he just got married last year and his wife just had a baby this year. It must have been terrifying.
