I saw that about a week or so ago. I am so excited. And I LOVE the concept art for it... I want to know who the artist is. It's gorgeous.

Kim-above-me is the one who told me about it, actually! I've only been to IOA once ever for my college SGA-sponsored nighttime park takeover, but my dad and brother have gone lots more than me.

I think it's a good fit for IOA, which already has media themes (Seuss land, Marvel Comics...) whereas Disney isn't so much geared towards that. A retheme might work for some areas that aren't specifically themed already, ex. Dueling Dragons isn't themed towards a particular media thing like, say, the Seuss merry-go-round and the Hulk coaster and such.
