Having a pretty good day so far. Yay! :)
I've been thinking of upgrading my Netflix membership. I'm in a "let's watch DVDs!" phase, and while Netflix is usually very speedy with getting DVDs to me, sometimes the USPS does have a problem, leaving me without anything to watch for several days. One of the attorneys in my office is also a Netflix member and will be poring over the Settlement Agreement this weekend. I'll let you guys n gals know what he tells me next week. I'm especially interested in knowing what happens if/when the class gets decertified after 5% opt-out.
