Also, agreed on WTF that it is almost Christmas. I remember being a kid and counting down when there were about 50 days to go and now I'm actually unenthusiastic that it's so soon because I have more shopping to do.

Hell, I wish it was still June, I'd be in England. But then, we wouldn't have met in person yet, and that'd be no good :P.
Also, I went to the cinema today and saw a preview for Milk, and now I need to see it even more than before. Seriously. Need it. And I'm so with you on all that Australia nonsense. Pffft!

Milk looks freaking great. And yeah, Seven Pounds, I wanna see that, although I kinda have no idea what it's about. The trailer is so vague and intriguing...

very good,
BUT I have not cried so much watching any movie ever. I know I am exceptionally weak, but I wanted to cry so hard and it was very hard containing silent sobs (I did hear lots of sniffing) and trying to gather myself before the lights came up.
an emotionally draining film I tell you, because the story is so heartbreakingly horrible/sad/lovely (love gets to me more than anything.) i think its also fair to tell you I nearly shed a tear in the opening scene, which was all the people celebrating the end of the war, because i just imagined how great it would be, and how happy they all were without fighting haha. so maybe i was just having an emotionally unstable day, perhaps its not that sad after all.
go see it girl. its very good.
