I haven't had the time to write up my own thoughts on the audio, though I can say I really enjoyed it, but I figured I could put up a general discussion post

I'm a little "Meh" about Cobwebs. The story itself felt thin, as did the reintroduction of Nyssa. I think it suffered from being the first story in a trilogy- all that exposition had to go somewhere.
Things I liked?
Tegan had a few good one liners; I found myself laughing aloud more than once.
My favorite bit of characterization is near the beginning, in the conversation Tegan has with Turlough. It went a long way towards explaining their latter detente, an explanation we weren't given on the series.
I also found it interesting that when the lines were drawn, it was Turlough agreeing with Tegan against Nyssa and the Doctor. It drew interesting parallels between the two (Tegan and Turlough) that I'm left wondering were intentional or if I'm imaging them.
(While not getting overly 'shippy here, I do have to say that I have missed hearing Five and Tegan carry on. I had to stop the playback when he gave the line about feeling like he spends half his life running after her. I was in stiches. Oh and thanks much, Mark Strickson,

Yeah, I agree with all of this. The one thing I would add is that I was a bit unsatisfied with the resolution of the time paradox part of the plot - it seems that the Doctor's actions in the earlier time period caused his own involvement in the story. Perhaps that will be resolved in the other two parts.
