i feel like i've been holding my breath for months. i guess i really have been, starting this process in November and watching it inch along from an application (six weeks)to a phone interview, (three weeks) then a real interview. (six weeks) to an offer letter, counteroffer, and acceptance. then four more weeks to of background checking
