Apparently I over did it at some point during the weekend while cleaning out the back room in our house and pretending to be Super Woman - able to lift heavy objects (30 lbs or less) over her head in a shaky and unstable fashion. I seem to have pulled a muscle in my back right around my left shoulder. It's been hurting all day ( Read more... )

I love Mythbusters. Sometimes I with I had cable just so I could watch Mythbusters and What Not to Wear.

And maybe Dirty Jobs, because Mike Rowe makes me happy.

I like Hem. I only have a couple of her songs (including "Half Acre"!, though. I should probably work on that, but I'm too obsessed with Vienna Teng right now to think about anyone else.

I love Mythbusters, too! It never fails to be entertaining/interesting and I adore Adam. He's just so goofy and loveable. I can only handle so much of Dirty Jobs, but Mike Rowe is indeed awesome. I love his sense of humor.

I haven't heard Vienna Teng in a while, but I remember she had a very sweet voice and her piano playing was lovely. I might have to give her another listen. :)

How did you embed this songza into your entry?

I wanna do it.

It's pretty easy. Go to songza.com (obviously) and find the song you want. I would listen to some of the songs first, though, and make sure it's what you're looking for because sometimes they're live versions or something completely off the wall.

Once you've found what you want, click the link and it gives you an option to play, share, etc. Click 'share' and then 'embed it on my site.' A page will pop up with some code. Copy the entire code and paste it into your journal. Voila! :D

Ok....I am very intrigued with this songza. IT's FREE?
How do the artists make any money?

Yep, it's free. I guess because they're just letting people play the songs and not download them. Plus it looks to me like it's searching for the songs from other sites and playing them from there.
