I very randomly had this song come to mind for the first time in many, many years and tried to look it up, and your post was about the only thing I could find. I didn't ever see it on Nickelodeon, but I heard it on a local kids' radio station growing up. Anyway, I dug some more, and after filtering out "Phineas" and playing with the spellings of the lyrics a bit I found it! I created a LiveJournal account just to tell you this, haha.
