There is blackout in city. But news also said there could be plane and helicopter crashes. Why would blackout cause that, I wonder

Hey there Nisa, I don't know babe I think your pie could cure world hunger and put a smile to almost anyone's face. It's just kinda a bad time right now hon and well hopefully people won't be stupid and things will blow over ya know? He's probably not mad, but after what happened with him down there I'd be willing to give the finger to most of the world right now.
