It feels wonderful to have ones strengths back. I do not feel like my body is being dragged down by anything, anymore. How amusing. Seems that my abilities have returned to their normal state as well as the sky is red, like the Demon Realm, so beautiful like blood.

What shall I do with this now?

Anyone near her could see that her hand's glowing ( Read more... )

return of powers, stronger, intriguing, courageous youkai, deep thoughts, understanding, amused, disoriented amusement, an amused one, feeling better, will continue to search, event: beyond the barrier, getting stronger, amusing

[In all of a certain new arrival here's leafing through pages and wandering through town, he by chance comes across this page. Demon Realm -- that's one huge flare already. Even so, Suik isn't going to go out of his way to hunt out a demon, not now. He still doesn't know what's going on, after all. Still... if it's alright with you, I'd like to have this 6'9 rail-thin alien Elf-like being walk past this demon performing her spell -- and notice it as ice, another flare from his past. If this meeting is permitted to occur, he's going to give s short clap.

it's worth noting that even though he's still in his new-arrival smock he has found himself a pair of fingerless gloves. It'll make the clap less fleshy-ish]

[How could... a demon not know what a Xei is?]

Xei are the shadow-warriors of my people, charged with the protection of the Empire from outside forces and justified to commit to whatever actions they see fit within the rules of our society and the Elders' dictations to accomplish this defense.

Because she's from a different world where things like that doesn't exist xD

Mmmnnn...
Intriguing.

[We know this, but Suik can't. Bloody multi-dimensions. Either way, he's surprised -- her aura implies she honestly didn't know that. That's... mildly interesting. Because of this, he's going to sigh, flex his fingers, and then work out an energy blade from his right hand -- blue in color, and like a sword coming out of his fingertips. He uses this to slice off a branch of a nearby tree.

This completed, he's going to start examining the rings inside said branch]

Definitely, but oh well. She was not a liar type, anyway. Tarei glances off at him once more, before continuing her silent training by playing her with her sheathed Katana. The fox draws it from the sheath and then stares at it faintly, before concentrating her youki to make something of the weapon.

Basically going through more theories of her things. Suddenly, water coiled like a snake once more around the weapon then froze, and completely changing the appearance of the weapon to a glass like appearance. Ah, the ice sword worked. Perfect, she was starting to be amused with her abilities as she can contorl them a bit more.

You seem quite... contented... with your abilities. Have you gained new skills?

Am I?
No. Simply honed them a bit more.

I would've used the word 'excited,' but I don't think it would apply well for you. Please understand that language as a whole is a bit of an acquired thing for my people.

[With an enigmatic little smile-smirk which appears sincere, however, he'll bow a little for that apology]

I can understand that thrill though.

I suppose so

The fox replied looking off a bit. Yes having her normal things with her again was something of a thrill, an excitement but she didn't use those words, she'd rather use some more grotesque ones.

Doesn't every warrior understand that?

I suppose so... though I never much considered myself a 'warrior'

Not all of them consider themselves that, I supose.

So then.

[Enigmatic smirk here as he pulls at the edges of his gloves, making them tighter]

You think me a warrior?

Though a smirk plastered on the other's face, she seemd to be expressionless as usual

A heavy air surrounds you, like those of fighters, warriors, whatever they are called, they're all similar in a way.

Heavy? I don't think I'd've ever chosen that word, but I think I should take that as a complement, no?

Yes heavy, peculiar, it stands out. Take however you wish.

Well then, I could take it to mean you're sensing my feelings towards my family.
