I agree with the death penalty but I would never be a politician or prosecution because I believe there are exceptions that are hard to see- and the line is fuzzy. Take, for example, mercy killings and euthanasia? What would you do if you were in the decision to choose the fate of someone who killed their spouse because he/she was miserable and begged for it?
