Current Word Count: 2648
What I Like About the Story: Same as before. I like the plot. And I like the characters too, how they're going.
What I Don’t Like About the Story: Nothing really. Perhaps the pacing?
Anything Else: It's going good. Just been really busy. Just moved and got a pregnant foster cat. Hopefully things will be calming down soon.

What I Like About the Story: it took on a life of its own LOL

What I Don’t Like About the Story: The characters, I think they hate me and if you ask me they are plotting something against me.

What I Like About the Story: So far I'm enjoying the characterizations, the dialogue, and the way the relationship between Charles and Erik is developing (in the context of soul!bonding). I also think that, some pacing issues aside, it's pretty readable for a first draft.
What I Don’t Like About the Story: Writing is haaard! Beyond that, I'm 13k+ in, and the B-plot part of the story hasn't unfolded much. But I guess that's what revision is for?
Anything Else: I guess it's the same old story: too busy/lazy/distracted to really sit down and bang out those words. But with the deadline fast approaching, I'm going to have to really focus on getting this first draft finished.
