Summary: In a world where partnerships between Dominants and Submissives take place under the watchful jurisdiction of The Institute of Designation, Charles Xavier is a kindly, cardigan-wearing Dom who opposes many elements of the official system. Meanwhile, Erik Lehnsherr's past has taught him to struggle against his Submissive inclinations.
