I actually prefer that you do both. If you type the names into the subject line, you can copy and paste them into the tag line as well.

However, you can only add in tags that I already have listed, if I don't have a character yet listed (like Boom Boom for instance) then it won't show up in the tags at all. So in cases like that, where I see that a tag didn't get added, I will go in myself and add it. However, I can't add it if I can't tell which character it is.

So I'd prefer people do both, but if you are going to do just one, I prefer the subject line, cause I can copy and paste them into the tags myself.
