I think you may be from the same planet as Dan Harmon.

I loved it... in fact, I think this may be how the show ends.

Thank you for the compliment. Sincerely.

And while it would be an interesting way to end the show, I'd hope not, because killing Annie was NOT an easy thing to do.

This was so cool and a very fun way to answer that Ficcy prompt. I really enjoyed this. It kind of reminded me of the movie Disturbing Behavior where they alter the kids, but instead there was more of a Bionic Woman/AI quality. I liked this a lot.

I actually had a guilty pleasure moment of extending this in my imagination to include Jeff and Annie sharing a curious look after having overheard the guard say that Alfa Echo and Juliet Whiskey just passed the front gate. Get it... Jeff got roboted up too. Maybe he fainted at the sight of robot Annie and suffered such a head trauma from hitting the floor that they had no choice but to do the same procedure to ensure the continued happiness of Alfa Echo, you know, since she loves him and everything.

Sorry and I meant no offense by playing with your idea, but sometimes my imagination gets away from me and I feel the need to share. This was such a fun story to share. Thanks.

Thanks. And you didn't offend. I can't remember who wrote it, but the story of Jeff and Annie being immortal always got me thinking about additional tales. That and the "Jeff as the Master" fic where they explore the stars always made me daydream about their adventures.
