Chapter 1
Chapter 2

Lindsay woke up to a warm breath tickling her face. She blinked and saw Marissa, still asleep, with her face just a few inches from her own.

Marissa had thrown an arm around Lindsay´s waist and was holding her close, which caused Lindsay to smile.

She felt comfortable and wouldn´t have minded to stay like this for a while, but only a few moments later she felt Marissa stir and watched as the other girl carefully opened one eye and then the other.

“Morning.” She muttered as she saw Lindsay´s smile and found herself doing the same.

“Morning.” Lindsay whispered back, not wanting to destroy the comfortable atmosphere that was lingering in the room.

They stayed silent for a while and Lindsay was drawn in by Marissa´s eyes. It was like there was nothing else in the room, the only thing she could focus on was the bright grey of the other girl´s eyes. Lindsay drew in a breath and noticed how shaky it was. What was happening here? She had never before felt this comfortable in a person´s presence, but with Marissa it was so different than anything else before.

Lindsay had been so excited to see her again and she really felt welcomed. Marissa on her side felt like she could stay right there for the rest of her life. The sunlight was streaming through the window, illuminating Lindsay body and Marissa felt her breath taken away by the sheer beauty of the image in front of her.

For a moment she thought about saying something, but a knock on the door stopped her and both girls tore their eyes away from each other.

A few seconds later the door opened and Marissa´s Mom stuck her head into the room. “Marissa Darling I was just…oh, Lindsay, you´re here too.” She smiled as both girls sat up in bed. Lindsay could feel the heat rising into her cheeks and she tried her best to fight it off.

“Morning Mom.” Marissa said with a smile on her face as she swung her legs out of bed.

“I hope I didn´t wake you up! There´s breakfast downstairs, if you guys want to join me.” Both girls nodded and got out of bed, their shoulders bumping against each other as they tried to leave the room at the same time. Marissa turned her head to look at Lindsay and saw the other girl blushing.

The whole situation had the potential to be awkward, but it somehow wasn´t. Lindsay saw a smile tugging at the corner of Marissa´s mouth and suddenly started giggling.

It felt like she couldn´t hold it any longer and soon Marissa joined in. It took them about five minutes to calm down and decide that they were ready to go down into the kitchen without breaking out into another giggle fit.

Breakfast was already on the table, there was cereal, toast and it seemed like Marissa´s mother had even made pancakes. “They are my specialty.” She said as she noticed Lindsay staring at the table. “I do them whenever I can, most of the times I have the night shift at the hospital, like tonight, so I couldn´t make them tomorrow. But I try. Oh, you guys are in the YoungSTAR by the way.” Mrs. von Bleicken waved at the kitchen counter and Marissa picked up the magazine.

“Wow, they are pretty fast.” she stated, flipping through the pages.

“Yeah, James brought it along earlier. It´s an entire page. Damian and Cameron are in there too.” Lindsay joined Marissa at the kitchen counter, looking into the magazine.

Gleeky reunion. The headline read, and under it they had placed a picture of Damian and Cameron smiling into the cameras at the Glee Live movie premiere a few weeks ago.

Life´s getting serious for the Glee project winner Damian McGinty. The small town boy from Derry, Ireland, packed his bags and moved thousands of miles away from home to start his work on the hit series Glee. But thankfully he´s not alone, but being joined by his best friend Cameron Mitchell, who will also join the Glee cast for the upcoming season. Both boys who, according to their fans and fellow contestant Lindsay Pearce, have “the bromance of the century” have been seen moving into an apartment close to the Paramount Studios last week. We´re super excited to see what´s going to become of this bromance and what Ryan Murphy, creator of Glee, has in mind for them on the show.

Lindsay smiled at the mentioning of their Bromance, if they only knew…

The article wasn´t finished though, the next thing on the page was a picture of Marissa and Lindsay from yesterday at JFK.

“They had to take the one where you almost knocked me over had they?” Lindsay laughed and Marissa shrugged her shoulders, a grin on her face.

But this was not the only reunion taking place. Lindsay Pearce, who came in 3rd in The Glee Project final, arrived at JFK in New York last night to meet up with her fellow contestant Marissa von Bleicken.
“They looked adorable together.” Alice, a big fan of TGP, tells us. “I was there to pick up my brother and I saw them. Marissa flung herself at Lindsay, their hug was so cute.”
We must say we weren´t expecting Lindsay to leave LA so soon, but it´s still not clear to us whether she´s planning on staying in New York for a while or if she´s just stopping by for a visit. Anyhow, this cute friendship, of which we haven´t seen much on the show itself, seems adorable to us and we hope to see more of these two gorgeous girls soon.

“They called you gorgeous.” Marissa remarked and Lindsay smiled at her.

“Not so sure about me, but you definitely are.”

After Breakfast both girls got changed and met again in the living room. “I can show you around if you want to?” Marissa suggested. “I mean I have to work tonight. I do waitressing and bar work in a pub. You can come though if you want to, it´s fun. They actually have Karaoke night today.”

Lindsay´s face brightened up and she smiled at Marissa. She had stopped counting how many times she had done that, it just seemed like this was her natural reaction to Marissa.
It was about a 10 minute walk to the area where they had Mc.Donalds, Walgreens and some other little shops.

“So, did you decide whether you want to get a job here first or looking for one in the city? I mean it´s an hour by train, but I know they´re always looking for people who walk around dressed up on Times Square and hand out flyers for musicals.”

Lindsay shrugged her shoulders, she wasn´t really sure yet. Working in the city would require going there every day, and she hadn´t even talked to the person her agent had sent her to. She felt like she needed to save some money first, and it would help if she could find a job here for a while.

“Do you think I could find something here?” They were crossing the street and Marissa pointed at the Starbucks store.

“My friend works there. They´re definitely looking for someone, you could go in and say hi. I have to go and get something from Walgreens anyway. I´ll meet you there!” And with that Marissa walked away into the direction of the supermarket, leaving Lindsay in the parking lot.
