I love fall, too. the crisp, wild air makes me go crazy! I was just talking to my roommate about it, today.

Man, if I lived anywhere nearby, I'd TOTALLY help you out at your coffee shop...that place sounds awesome. Did I mention I used to work at Starbucks? Nevertheless, sounds like you have a really good handle on things.
