I do hope that she realizes her self-worth at some point. The fact that she has a talent is wonderful, but everyone has one thing they're usually good at, and it's different for everyone.

I know that pressure all too well, when it's entirely self-applied and counter to what you're hearing from other people. I hope your student learns to be happy in her own skin. I liked the way you wrote this from her perspective; interesting take on the prompt :)
