God, this was so infuriating to read, but it made the ending that much better. I really admire everything you put up with there and still managed to do your job and do it well. I don't know that I'd be able to say the same if I was put in a situation like that.

It was a crazy 7 years but I'm glad I'm out!

That was such an awful, awful work environment. I'm so glad you were finally able to get out, and find someplace where you're better paid and better appreciated. It's such a tough job and there are so few people with the talent and dedication to do it. I'm glad you're one of them. :)

Aww thank you! I'm glad to be out...I definitely have a crazy workload these days but it is nice to know at least I'm appreciated by my admin:)
