it makes me so angry when people judge an entire breed!

any dog can be vicious if treated or trained in a certain way.

here is another of my "pet peeves" (haha, am dork):
dalmations as a breed are NOT GOOD with kids, because they get nervous around so much activity. yet disney has deified the breed in movies and people run out to get this cute animal they like because they saw it in some (animated, not even real action) movie without doing their homework.

Thanks. I've met two people who have a dalmation and a pitbull. BOth said that their dalmation would attack way before their pitbull ever would. But if Disney says it's ok...

honestly, people are so fucking ignorant about dogs sometimes. I mean, my dog is a hound but people assume she is part doberman or rottweiler because of her coloring, and therefore she is vicious when she barks. Its stupid. I think every rottweiler I've ever met has been a big love anyway (I don't know any dobermans personally.) Anyhow, whether a dog is a so-called vicious breed or not, a dog is only going to be a certain way because a person has made him/her that way. There are occasional cases when there is something WRONG with the dog, but usually its just some asswipe owner who has made it that way. But god, as I've told you before, the bulldogs I've known in my life have been the most lovable affectionate lugs I've ever met.
