“I will see your litter and raise you FIVE rare Egyptian Sphinxes.” Clem said, trying to keep his best poker face.
“Five?! You’ve gone mad, mate.” Spike paused for only a moment, his brain whirling as he tried to think of something to match five of the most expensive kittens in the world. “I’ll give ya The Slayer for a night.”
“SPIKE!” Buffy protested. She quieted as she saw the four of a kind. How could he lose?
Clem grinned as he set down his royal flush.
Spike’s eyes got big before turning to Buffy with a shrug. “Sorry, love.”
