Depends a bit on what browser you're using. I'll write this up for firefox, as it's the one I know off the top of my head.
1) Tools -> Options -> Advanced Click on the Network tab. Under 'Offline storage' there's an option that says 'Use up to [xx] MB of space for the cache'. Default is 50. Increase that limit to about 2-300.
2) Play your video.
3) Open new tab. Type into address bar about:cache. This opens your cache manager. Under Disk Cache device, click on List cache entries.
4) Ctrl-F your way to the video entry - should be right at the top; if not you can search for the website host and pick it out from its file size.
5) Right-click the hyperlink, open in new tab. The 7th entry down will say file on disk and give you a path + filename.
Navigate there, click on the relevant file name and rename to [your title here].flv. The flash video extension is important if you want it to play it back again. And voila. Should work just fine.
I stopped watching when they aged up Christina and had that weird will they/won't they thing with Michael. I was like okay, that is all I can take and I don't have time. I gave up on One Life way before that and gave up on AMC like wow, years ago.

I wonder what Sam is up to. *sigh* I should have known the writers were going to kill Jasam, now that Jason is in the pen. Ah well.
