i have several notebooks of morning pages. can't say they helped other than writing practice and therapeutic. but they were fun. when i was young and foolish i created a journaling/therapeutic journaling system that i copyrighted and called "alternatives for different drummers." i say young and foolish because i should have believed in myself and marketed it.
