Which of these two color schemes / aesthetics do you think works better for my website? Ignore the design, because I would use a clean, modern design no matter what colors I used

I like the stripes and colours on the current site.

I love the stripes on the first site but the colors on the second are so cute! It's a really hard choice... but I think visually for the layout wise, I like the first. The second is nice because it is more simple though.
