Halloween in Vegas must be amazing.

I figure the best halloweens in the US would be San Francisco (home of the freaks), LA (home of the people who do makeup and costumes for a living), and New York (home of people who make sure that every holiday is done up in grand fashion).

I somehow am getting the image that Halloween in Vegas would be more put on by the casinos as opposed to organized by individuals. I have no idea if that's accurate.
