Rainy days when its warm out but still has a cold wind reminds me of standing on the streets of Chicago. Walking down the street to the 7/11 in Chicago it would be warm and humid outside but a cold wind would blow down the streets. Those were my favorite times wandering around the city watching people and cars move about.
