GST Rebate!

Today I like the government.
They sent me a cheque for $67.70.
The only qualification I know of is that I'm 19.
I don't know why else I qualify.
I am sure there are reasons.
(Besides the fact that I pay GST on everything).

What should I buy?

yeah, i got an additional $9 for something, but they didn't say what that additional credit was for. they're not very good at explaining themselves.
