i have never had ethiopian food but i have heard its awesome. how is that?
Once i found one vegan ethiopian restaurant in sevilla, but it was closed. so i choose cuban ( also 100% vegan). have u ever eaten a cuban food?:)

Ethiopian food is mostly vegan, which is great of course, but it's the spices that make it... it doesn't taste like anything else. You eat it with bread (no utensils), and so it's usually served on a huge layer of spongy bread with all the different dishes covering it. They use alot of lentils, potatos, greens and grains. mmmmmm...
I've never had Cuban food before.
