I have one, but it's built for a HP Pavillion ze5400; the one time I've had to use it to an complete reinstall I don't think it even asked for the key, and it might try to install HP-specific drivers after the OS installation. I think you can sign up with MSDN and download a copy of the ISO for free if you have the serial already.

Most likely it did ask for the key. May I borrow it? I won't keep the installation unless it asks for the key.
MSDN only has XP Professional :(

Correction: MSDNAA that comes with BYU CS membership only has XP Pro. I am not sure about the general MSDN... looking.
