I think that Judaism and Paganism are in the same position with different details, in that 1) there is a specific directive to kill us, 2) periodically the Christians go foaming and try to hunt us down or otherwise make our lives a living hell, and 3) conversion and other religious abuse are constant threats.
I know lots of Pagans who are very twedgy about Christianity for these reasons, although it's rarely as intense as the Jews. Our last wave of genocide was farther ago than your last one, and our community is less dense, making the transmission of generational trauma different. But it's there, and it can make interfaith activities complicated in much the same way. Don't seat the Pagans or Jews next to the Christians. Put the Unitarians or Quakers by the Christians and let the Pagans sit by the Muslims or whoever else the Christians are mad at this week.
