i would want to help my friends by making whatever pet project they had in mind come true.

if you had a mega-millions prize, what would you do with venture funding from Camelot Development Finance Ministry?

Step 2: Write our doctrine. This would be in novel format of course, and then you could give me a grant to open up my own publishing company so we could self publish.
