Thanks for the good analysis! I have been agonizing over the renewable energy intiatives, I am generally for switching to renewable energy, but we have to do it in a smart way. I also did some reading about prop 10, which you left out. reason.org and Kevein Drum are against the prop, with Kevin Drum saying it is a proposition to funnel money to T. Boone Pickens. And his favorite comment "Also: We. Don't. Have. Any. Money."The proposition will provide rebates to purchasers of Honda Civic GX CNG vehicles and Toyota Prius vehicles. There is nothing about innovation, nothing about any other vehicles, Kevin Drum and Reason.org had interesting takes on the prop, but both were against.
