Eh I'm quite adamant on using ricotta now that I cook, no large curds and adds a nice texture to the over all dish. I mix a tub of ricotta, some parmesan originno, some mozzerella, and a egg as well. Browned meat mixed with spaghetti sauce.

With boiling lasagna noodles, I like to throw some olive oil so they don't stick together.

With flipping eggs, it's real important to have a high quality nonstick pan. I found that out the hard way. T_T

Ah -- the neverending "olive oil" debates. It is a question that plagues the minds of great chefs everywhere. Olive oil to coat makes them not stick and gives extra flavor! But, it also coats the noodle which makes the sauce not be absorbed as readily. The sauce slides off.

What to do what to do!!

This is something that should be examined further. By a committee I think, with comparative lasagnas. Lane? Dinner party?

bwahahaha
