so I wander into Vinci's room and lo and behold, I see him drawing. I think to myself, "Hey, der, Sindy, I bet I could draw that pretty quickly too" and thus, this came about.
Vinci's makes the guy look like he's being vacuumed into the woman's face, and also has a sort of Aha's "Take On Me" music video kinda look. Well, only vaguely. Your drawing looks reminiscent of stuff you draw, so I like it. Hey, remember when we all used to say you should study art and you clucked your tongue and SCOFFED at us???
On the other hand, the couple in your picture look like they both have their lips pursed, like they don' want to kiss. I could see how both these pictures are reflective of the artists' personalities. No further comment on that.
i like 1. although their bodies look kind of disfigured, there's noticeably more detail around their faces. The focal point is the kiss so that's what's more important. and the goofy lip puckering gives some insight about the male's personality, although that might've not been intentionally done, it can be interpreted that way.
personally, i'd like to see more skin, more tongue, and more genitals.
like the overall effect of the first one. It captures the scene more realistically, not simply in terms of copying it but in terms of whats going on, with very little detail aside from the two heads. In the second one it looks like its two different people kissing, not the ones in the picture.
I would say the first one has better exaggeration/emphasis, while the second one is a little romanticized.
The guy seems hotter in the second one, while the girl seems hotter in the first one. I'm gonna guess you drew the second one.
i like the second. there're more subtleties and with something like a kiss, sensitivity is important and you don't necessarily need to show everything.
