Characters: Ritsuka, Soubi, anyone who wants to join in?
Location: Just outside the school hall
Time: Monday, just after Dumbledore's Moving Speech
Content: Ritsuka and Soubi try to figure out their new school?
Format: Third person!
Warnings: Uh... Soubi being Soubi at Ritsuka? >_>a Also, sap. PREPARE YOUR DENTIST.

( That's one way to be introduced to a new school. )

Soubi was out the door mere steps behind Ritsuka, sliding out of the flow of students to stand next to his master. The speech had been interesting, to be sure, but not something that would concern Soubi normally. Of course, Ritsuka was showing having been affected by it, so that changed things.

"Okay?" he murmured quietly, bending so his mouth was close to Ritsuka's ear so his master could hear him over the background chatter.

Sometimes Ritsuka could almost swear that one of Soubi's powers was teleportation. The shorter teenager jumped, just a little, before turning to look at Soubi. "I'm fine," he announced in Japanese, finding that a little easier than English at the moment. "It just made me think about-" Ritsuka waved a hand. "Us." Because, like it or not, there was an 'us'. There had been an 'us' for two years.

"I'm just... well, I've already told you how I feel." Ritsuka took a very small half-step, going just into Soubi's personal space, asking for support without ever once thinking it or asking out loud.

Soubi smiled a little half-smile, tugging Ritsuka towards him, making sure his younger master was tucked secruely against him in a warm hug. Whatever Ritsuka wanted, that was fine with him.

"It's your choice," he said quietly. "Always." He hugged Ritsuka a little closer, then relaxed his hold so that he could look down and see his master's face, still with that odd little smile that meant Soubi was showing genuine emotion.

Ritsuka leaned his head against Soubi, letting go of his bag for a moment to hug the taller teen back, a small, awkward smile on his face. "We should probably to see what we need to do about classes and things like that," Ritsuka muttered, ducking out of the embrace with skill that came from two years of knowing the other teen.

"I just hope we at least have classes together." He was really hoping they would share a room, but he wasn't sure about the odds on that.
