[ The landing area appears to have suffered gun fire of some sort. Perhaps whoever attacked the station boarded it too? Apparently, the areas they seemed most interested in were the Central Research area, Engineering and... Storage? So, what do you want to do? Split up, stay together? And what do you think Helen was trying to tell you? You may want to walk out the cramps after that long flight, too. ]

[ Guess who your pilot was? Yep, Mood McKilljoy. He's unpacking radios, and testing them -- to little avail. Hope you're enjoying the unpleasant shrieking noise, guys. ]

Looks like it wasn't the shuttle, something coming from inside this station. Maybe some of their equipment is interfering.

[ It's a guess. He's no expert on deep space telemetry here, ok? He's just happy the station is airtight and has gravity. He did not want to wear some kind of space suit. ]

Turn those off. [nods at the radios] The noise... it's annoying.

[ So, where to? Most plot-important areas will be subthread-started, if you want to wander somewhere else out of curiosity you're welcome to start threads and get inventive! ]

Storage

[ This is the area closest to where you came aboard. Interestingly, it doesn't appear that anything was taken at first glance-- there is still a huge amount of stuff here. But some thing did happen, a lot of crates have been ripped open, equipment overturned. Someone was clearly looking for something, what could it have been?

There is blinking panel on the wall which seems to be a tracking system for all the cargo here. Anyone capable might be able to get into this system and cross reference what is currently still here, mostly equipment and food. Nothing appears to be amiss. So, nothing in the cargo was what the raiders were after. If it wasn't any of this expensive equipment, what could it have been? ]
