Well, it had been a few days since Hajime had last seen the chef-come-friend, and considering a few of the allusions made in their last conversation, it wasn't particularly out of sorts to worry that the man might be still in good condition. To be fair, he'd been avoiding the kitchen of late, due to several less recent events that still remained fresh in the mind from their bizarre quality of happenstance, and decided it would have been best to give the room a little recovery time before he endangered it once more.
