[Peeta was sitting on a bench, sketching the grounds of the school. He looked up to take in some more details and found that someone had stepped into his view. He smiled warmly at her before going back to his drawing.

She can go ahead and try to pickpocket him if she likes, but he doesn't really have anything.]

[She moves over to look over his shoulder at the sketch curiously.] You're drawing the school?

[nod nod] Yeah. I just thought it made a pretty picture. You know, with the snow and all.

Hmm... I guess it's kind of pretty. [Hasn't seen snow before!] Do they make you draw things for class here?

[Is outside taking a break, rolling around, getting some fresh air and enjoying the snow.]

[Is derping about, and catches sight of a kid in a wheelchair. Hmmm. That pocket might be a tough one to get to without being noticed.]

[He blinks and turns to look at someone approaching. Al smiles kindly.] Hello.

Barbara was just starting her afternoon tour; it was a nice bit of exercise, and it helped her get to know the city. Particularly any nooks and crannies to avoid.

Her wheels slowed as she caught sight of Paninya; not a student, didn't seem like a protester. So Barbara approached, with a faint smile, keeping her words casual.

"Interested in the Institute?"

Oh, joy -- a teacher. Paninya folded her arms behind her back and smiled innocently.

"Mm, I guess! I just came to look around. Sorry if that's not allowed."

No - no matches in her internal catalogue. Girl could be telling the truth, though, and in that case...

A slight shrug. "If it's not, it should be. I've only been here a short while, but if you have any questions..."

"Yay! I'd hate to enroll and then find out I hate it here." Not that she was planning to, really. From what little she'd seen here so far, it wasn't really for her.
