Starbucks - before closing art_in_chaos March 28 2010, 23:07:56 UTC
Angela had decided to go out for new art supplies and perhaps a small night out by herself. She managed to get some Christmas shopping done while out. Pretty much, it was a nice night. Before heading back to the school though, she decided she wanted some coffee and perhaps she wanted to see if the hott coffee guy was working that night.

The door made the usual ringing noise when she entered. Smirking, she looked up at the sign and assumed the blobs drawn it were supposed to be raindeer, advertising the winter drinks. Well, the sign did what it was supposed to at least. She now wanted a Gingerbread latte. However, it still didn't look that good.

Well since the last gossip girl posting, Angela sort of lost her social partner. But it was okay. She was used to those types of relationship ending. It just left her temporarily restless.

"It's not something you teach. You just do it when the feeling takes over."

Thomas sipped at his coffee thoughtfully, the bitter brew scalding as it went down his throat. "Hm... so I should just follow my impulses?" he asked, giving Angela a speculative look over the rim of his coffee cup.

She took another drink and nodded. "Of course. Only you know you're deepest desires, and there is no point in stifling them. You'll only explode." Ange said, rather matter-of-factly.

The speculative smile never quite left Thomas' lips as he carefully set the paper cup of coffee down (out of throwing range). "Hm, give in to my desires or explode. You make a good point there," he mused, leaning over and brushing a quick kiss to Angela's cheek.

He lingered a little but pulled away back to a more decorous distance. "You might be onto something there."

She stood there, smiling ruefully up at him. Oh, she wasn't going to object to this. Smirking, Angela leaned in a bit, brushing up against his chest. "It's a start at least."

Ange put the latte down and kissed him not-so-innocently on the lips.

Experience had taught Thomas that the stunt was usually followed by hitting, throwing (hence putting the coffee out of arm's reach), or both. It rarely ended with a warm body and soft lips pressed against him. Thomas felt some hitherto unrecognized tension leech out of him and he returned the kiss with enthusiasm and skill.

It wasn't until his lungs started burning that Thomas noticed a slow gnawing hunger that grew somewhere deep inside him, the same hunger that had been sparked by Juliet's touch. With a little more grace than before, Thomas untangled his arms from around Angela's waist (how had they gotten there) and pulled away before the growing hunger could rise. "Hm... that's definitely a start," he agreed.

Angela welcomed the kiss, even if she was the one to take the plunge. She found herself pressed up against the counter and her hands were on his chest, his defined chest. She engaged in the kiss with the same vigor and eagerness, not realizing how much she really did want this.

She didn't mind that growing heat that was currently pitted in her stomach. Though when Thomas did pull away, she braced herself against the counter, almost weak in the knees. Clearing her throat, Ange batted at some fly aways in her own hair and grinned mischeviously. "Yeah, not so bad for a beginner. I mean with releasing your impulses." Clearly he was not a beginner else where.

The way Angela looked, leaning against the counter and brushing away her hair, was really inviting, and the rush of blood through his system easily pushed away Thomas' worry about the gnawing hunger. "Oh good, I'd hate to think my first time being spontaneous was an utter embarrassment," Thomas answered. He leaned in to Angela, his lips brushing against her ear as an arm wrapped around her waist again.

"But now I'm at a loss," he murmured mischievously. "How am I supposed to balance this whole need to do that again with the desire to not get fired?"

That feeling of having him pressed up against her, and with his lips on her ears so softly. What was he doing to her? Well, whatever it was, Ange liked it. She bit her lip to restrain herself from full on jumping him right there.

"Lesson two of being impulsive, sweetie, is learning to roll with the punches. Make do, find whatever it is that meets the situation. Like I'm sure there's a stock room or some sort of employee room." Her eyes matched her desire, and her lips curled into a delicious smirk.

The heat in Angela's eyes positively scorched, and whatever she was saying seemed a lot less interesting than the thought of having her lips against his again. Still, he managed, not really wanting to get fired when the Starbucks was proving to be a good place for information, and Thomas eyed the open coffee shop. The manager was, by some minor miracle, not around, and the only person who'd noticed anything was a young woman all but seething with jealousy.

"That sounds like a positively brilliant idea, I'll have to remember that," he answered, the hand that was around Angela's waist sliding down, skimming the warm curve of her hip before he dropped it to grab her hand. He tugged her towards the back with a laugh on his lips and eager anticipation in his eyes. "When in doubt, roll with the punches into the back room. Sounds about right?"

There was a short hallway, which was really private enough for his tastes, and Thomas pulled Angela towards him for another kiss even as his free hand fumbled to unlock the stock room door.

She nearly skipped back there, grinning from ear to ear. Really, this was not on her agenda for the day, but it was a very nice addition to it. Once in the back hallway and with the door now unlucked, she pushed - yes, pushed Thomas back into the stock room. It wasn't that big, but hell, they weren't having a tea party back here. It would do.

"I think you are a very fast learner." And yet, saying it like that made her realize how young he was. But he was legal, he was hot, and they were in a stock room. That's all she needed to care about. Craddle robbing or not.

Her lips locked onto his once more as her hands laced around his body. Was that a box of coffie in her side? Well she didn't care. This boy was too fine.

The laugh that threatened to bubble up when Angela pushed him into the stock room was effectively smothered by soft lips and hands in interesting places. "Only when I put my mind to it." Mind, lips, hands. All of the above, really.

Said lips were already trailing down Angela's throat, the taste of gingerbread still lingering on his tongue. Thomas had enough brains left to realize that this wasn't really going to go anywhere really interesting, not in a stock room the size of a glorified broom closet with pallets of coffee digging into their sides, but hey, it was fun. And he hadn't really been quite this spontaneous in a few years.

Still, his hand slipped under her shirt just a little, touching soft, smooth skin.

Oh, she didn't mind the metal shelf in her back. Really, with his fingers glazing over her stomach, nothing mattered. Not when his lips trailed down. Ange pressed herself against him.

Fun? This was beyond fun. They were in some storage closet and he could do whatever he wanted, so long as they actually fit in the room.

She tugged on his own shirt. If she could rip it off, she would. Ange just didn't want to ruin any clothing he may or may not want. Either way, she was getting him at least partially undressed. That was her goal, and she was a very determined woman.

The stupid barista's apron was definitely getting in the way of hands in interesting places, and Thomas pulled away from Angela just long enough to get the stupid thing off his neck and thrown over some signs.

The hand that wasn't exploring under Angela's shirt rose up and ran through her hair, letting it fall through his fingers. His lips nuzzled her neck, trailing kisses up her throat and across the curve of her jaw to her ear again. The pallet of coffee dug into Thomas' back as he pressed himself against Angela until Thomas rolled his eyes, breaking the kiss with an annoyed sigh.

Two seconds of lust-fueled thought shot through his mind and Thomas spun, taking Angela with him. With a laugh, he handily picked her up the foot or so and set her sitting on top of the pallet that had been digging into his back. "Better?" he asked with a breathless grin.

Being lifted up like that, that was hot. And he didn't even flinch. Angela sat back and placed her hands back on him. "Mmm, this is much better, hun." She just about purred out.

Kissing him again, she wrapped her legs around him and placed her hands on his sides, pulling him closer.
