[smiles wearily and holds up a hand, wiggling the fingers] Still got all my fingers and toes, so. Just a little freaked out. [and guilty for sending Tommy in the first place, really guilty. He'll definitely not be doing that again]

Anyway, it's fine. I'm glad you, you know, showed me and didn't think I hated you and hid in your room or something. [laughs a little, turning a little pink] I probably would have freaked out so bad.

[hugling]

[exhales a little laugh] Yeah. [really kind of freaked out too, but he also really, really doesn't want to be the one to say 'hey by the way, your powers kind of freaked me out back there'.]

[pauses for a second, very glad that it's not him who shares a room with Tommy, and then he shakes his head, smiling a little] I'm guessing he's not gonna try that again, but just in case he is that stupid - if I did have a problem, I'd come talk to you about it. [he thinks so, anyway. still working on that whole ... honesty about things that might potentially upset people he wants to please ... thing, but. we'll get there.]

[nods, suddenly nervous again by the turn in the conversation. Good thing he doesn't know yet he freaked Teddy out with his powers. He clears his throat after a moment] You know that I...I mean I like the way our, uh, our thing is heading. Just so you know.

[hugling]

... Yeah. [smiles, both amused and really, really pleased to hear that] Yeah, me too.
