He paused. Glanced offhandedly at the crumpled paper in his hand, then at the door. Nope, the number matched.
With a sigh, he shoved the paper into his pocket and took his lollipop out of his mouth. "Koki Kariya," he finally answered. "Your roommate, apparently."

He frowned, setting aside the puppet part he'd been working on and rising to his feet quickly. "There's no way the staff here would assign me a roommate. Are you sure you have the right room?"
Perhaps his assessment had been wrong, and this school really was run by a bunch of lunatics after all.

With his other hand, he tossed his large duffel bag onto the unoccupied bed, where it landed with a hefty thump. (That's Kariya-ese for "Well I'm sure as hell not walking halfway across campus again.")

Lovely, just lovely. Sasori had thought he'd have one place here where he could work on his projects in peace, but apparently that wasn't the case.
...Probably another one of those 'social acclimatization measures' that he'd been told about before.
"Hmph. Well, I'm certainly going to speak to someone about this later," he said, "but let's assume we're stuck together for the time being."
He crossed his arms. "I'm completely unaccustomed to sharing a living space with anyone, so it'd be best to lay down some ground rules immediately to keep this arrangement from being a complete disaster."
