You may each now have up to nine characters. Go wild!
We do not plan on upping this again anytime in the near future, so please don't ask us to or we'll be sad and you don't want that.
All other rules still apply -- if you're apping more than two characters per calendar month then some of them have to be Independent, etc. Excelsior!
